Don't Tolerate Bullying at Blake!
If you witness a bullying situation, please complete a form to report it.  You can find these forms in the Student Affairs Office, Media Center or Guidance Office.  Click here for the online form.


Boots are Made for Walking - - - Not Your Car!
Cars not displaying a valid decal and/or illegally parked will be booted.  The fee for a boot removal is $25.00.  The cost of a student parking decal is $5.00.

During school hours cell phones and other electronic devices are not to be activated or used in any manner and must be stored out of sight.
We See It, We Take It.

Students and Parents… Cellular phones must not be VISIBLE, otherwise teachers and administration may confiscate the cellular phone/electronic device.  The phone/electronic device will only be returned to a parent or guardian.  No phone/electronic device will be given back to students.  Please remember that cellular phones are not to be activated during school hours.  Also, NO ELECTRONIC DEVICES ARE ALLOWED ON CAMPUS, (ie iPods, MP3s, etc).
Consequences:
1st Offense - Device may be retrieved at the end of the day in SAO and parent notified via a letter to student or phone call
2nd Offense - A parent must come to the school to pick-up device and conference with the administrator
3rd Offense - 1 day of ISS & mandatory conference with a parent
4th Offense - 1 day of OSS (willful disobedience) & mandatory conference with a parent

Any refusal to give the phone or electronic device to the teacher will result in immediate disciplinary action.
